    📢 Scheduled Maintenance for New Version Deployment

    Hello everyone,

    The time has arrived. We are beginning the countdown to launch our new version and are beyond thrilled. We have scheduled maintenance for 3 hours on the 28th of February, from 9 AM to 12 PM UTC.

    During this time, the dashboard will be inaccessible, meaning that you will not be able to create or update articles nor change settings in your Knowledge Base. However, your visitors will still be able to browse the public pages of the Knowledge Base, and all of our API backends will remain functional.

    We will perform a full database backup and conduct some data migrations, which will require temporary inaccessibility of the dashboard.

    Maintenance Times:

    • PST: 02/28/2024, 1 AM - 4 AM
    • EST: 02/28/2024, 4 AM - 7 AM
    • UTC: 28/02/2024, 9 AM - 12 PM
    • CET: 28/02/2024, 10 AM - 1 PM
    • IST: 28/02/2024, 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
